Customizable for you
You can order all rings in 18-karat solid gold. Just let us know which design you'd like and we'll send you the price. You can also order different sizes of lab-grown diamonds for your diamond rings. You can add diamonds to any of the wedding rings as well. E-mail us for all special requests at:
Important note about order timing
If the wedding ring you order is not in stock it can take up to 3 weeks for us to create it and ship to you. To be sure it will arrive in time for your special day please inform us by email about the date you need your items to arrive, and we will do our utmost to meet your deadline.
Sizing
Aurum's size scale is on the ISO standard, which measures the ring's circumference in millimetres. If you know your size on a different scale, please refer to our ring size conversion chart below. If you don't know your ring size, you can order our , which is free after rebate (excluding shipping). If you order the wrong size or find that it has changed over time, we offer a free lifetime re-sizing service (excluding inbound and outbound shipping costs).
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Full details .
